Lip Product Collective Haul + Swatches

I've been on a bit of a lip-product binge lately. I've been really excited to try some of these products and I'm excited to share with you what I got!

Gerard Cosmetics always has great bundle deals going on, and the other day they had 4 lip products for $35. I had been eyeing a few of their products for a while so I jumped on it! I picked up 3 lipsticks: 1995 (by Jaclyn Hill), Underground and Nude. For my fourth item I chose a lipgloss in Cocoa Bean.

Gerard Cosmetics Nude Lipstick: This lipstick is a gorgeous nude shade. It is definitely more on the peach/nude side so if you are more of a neutral nude gal, you may not appreciate this as much. It applies very smoothly and has a nice satin finish.

Gerard Cosmetics Underground Lipstick: Where do I even begin with this lipstick. If you follow me on Instagram you probably know that my obsession lately are these grey-ish nude lipsticks. This product adds to my obsession perfectly.

Gerard Cosmetics 1995 Lipstick: This lipstick is one of the Jaclyn Hill collaborations. I really do love 1995, but on me I don't necessarily think it is a nude shade and it is deeper than I thought it would be.

Gerard Cosmetics Lip gloss in Cocoa Bean: Wow, this lip gloss is a dream! I am absolutely obsessed with the color and the pigmentation of this gloss is out of this world!!! It does not need a lipstick or anything underneath and it feels so comfortable on the lips. My one issue with this product and this might come as a surprise to a lot of people... it is the light that automatically comes on when you apply this gloss. It is almost hard to see when trying to apply the gloss and I wish I could just shut the light off!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Vamp: This liquid lipstick is amazing. I love the color, the matte finish, the pigmentation...everything is amazing. When they re-stock the shades on the website I will absolutely be purchasing more shades!

NYX High Voltage Lipstick in Stone: NYX really got it right when making the high voltage lipsticks. The one I have is extremely creamy, pigmented and the shine lasts a really long time!

LA Girl Lip Glaze in Elude: These are super affordable but really great quality! Very pigmented and great color selection. The one thing I would say is they have a noticeable scent...like a minty scent. If that bothers you I would not recommend this.

LA Splash Liquid Lipstick in Ghoulish: This is one of my most favorite recent purchases. I loooooooooooooove the color. Plus, this product is absolutely waterproof. I've showered once with this on and it did not budge.

What's your most recent lip product purchase?!
xoxo, Nikole

  1. These look pretty on you! I especially like 1995 and the LA Girl Elude Lip Glaze! Do you think the Gerard Cosmetics products are worth the price? They're kind of expensive, and you have to factor in shipping, too, but they have some nice exclusive shades.

    1. Thank you! This is my first time trying Gerard Cosmetics products and I think they are worth it if you get them with one of their promotions! They always have coupon codes or bundles like I got mine 4 for $35 which makes each product around $8...and I definitely think they are high quality lipsticks/glosses. I also got free shipping with that bundle too so I would just be on the lookout for those specials if you are thinking of trying!
